In Rorschach, just a few meters from Lake Constance, the Navan house with 16 new rental apartments is being built. The bright, modern, and family-friendly 3.5 to 5.5 room apartments will be ready for occupancy from August 1, 2025.

Equipped with high-quality materials and cleverly designed layouts, the comfortable rental apartments, located in the center of the harbor city, are ideally situated. Well-furnishable floor plans and a high-quality standard of finish are a matter of course. All apartments have a balcony and a loggia. The offer of the light-flooded apartments leaves no residential wishes unfulfilled.

The last available 4.5-room apartment (No.1.T2.W3) is located on the 1st floor (southeast orientation).
