I am looking for a new tenant from November 1st for this bright, completely renovated 2-room apartment. In the apartment, you will find some details that date back to the last century and have been lovingly restored.

The landlord prefers a single person, non-smoker, and without pets who works outside the home during normal working hours (no shift work), as further renovations are still taking place in the building.
