Bright newly renovated 2.5 room apartment

From November 1st or by arrangement, we are renting this bright newly renovated 2-room apartment with oak parquet in Alpnachstad, OW.

We prefer a single person, non-smoker without pets who works outside the home during normal working hours (no shift work), as renovations are still ongoing in the house.
