I am renting my 3.5 room apartment for a 5.5 room apartment. My apartment is large, bright, and right by the train station. The monthly rent is about 1660 and it is 86 m^2 large with a huge balcony. It is conveniently located in a quiet area near nature. In contrast, I am looking for a relatively centrally located 5.5 room apartment that does not exceed a monthly rent of 3600 and is no longer than 35 min to the city center.
