WINTER PRICE (no rental in season)
High season Christmas, New Year and February (HS):
CHF 1250.- per week from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am. Included in the price: cleaning (120.-).

In addition, tourist taxes (3.20.- adult and 1.60.- child per day) and possibility of parking space in the garage (90.-)

Low season (BS): CHF 1100.- per week from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am with cleaning.

Low price January: 900frs per week.

Price in summer-autumn: 550frs per week, 1100frs per month or from June to August or July to September for 3000frs plus 120frs for final cleaning.

Night rental possible off-season (minimum 4 nights): 190frs per night (winter) and 100 in summer + 120frs mandatory final cleaning and tourist taxes.

MISC: SHEETS to be taken by person duvet cover 160x210, pillowcase 50x70 and fitted sheet parents 160x200 and 90x200 (child) and towels or available for 25frs per person extra.
