I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 2.5 room apartment, which I was able to move into as the first tenant in autumn 2024. The apartment is very bright and spacious with a great layout. Ideal for a single household. Since I only lived in the apartment for a few months, the standard is still comparable to a first occupancy. You can never hear the neighbors. The sunlight comes in from late morning, through noon until late evening. On the balcony, you can enjoy not only the sun but also the peace (the train runs only every 30 minutes and is barely audible, practically not audible with closed windows). The kitchen and bathroom are bright and very modern. The apartment has everything you could wish for. The kitchen equipment is also modern and easy to use. The storage room offers optimal storage options for boxes, supplies, clothes, or anything you don't want to store in the basement. The apartment also includes a rather large basement compartment. You can also take over/buy some of my furniture, as I had them specially designed for this apartment (large wardrobe, ...)
In addition to the 2.5 room apartment for gross CHF 1,830.-, a garage parking space has also been rented for CHF 170.-. A new tenant is also being sought for this (not necessarily tied to the apartment).
