As of September 16, 2026 or by arrangement, we are renting out this furnished and special 1-room apartment. 

The room concept of the furnished apartment is modern, minimalist and well thought out. Every cm³ of the apartment is used. It is decorated in a Scandinavian style. 

The apartment has a living room, a kitchenette and a wet room, as well as a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m).
