I am looking for a reliable and animal-loving person to sublet my cozy and fully furnished apartment, as I will be abroad for about two months. The exact travel date will be announced later. The apartment is ideal as a temporary solution for someone looking for a quiet and well-connected accommodation.

• Large bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of storage space
• Bright living room with cozy furnishings
• Kitchen with complete equipment
• Furniture can be rearranged upon request
• Parking available and can be shared (60 CHF)
• You will live with my roommate – she is rarely at home due to her job
• Household and cleanliness are very important to me – I am looking for someone who adheres to this

Two cats also live in the apartment.
I am therefore looking for someone who likes animals, treats them well, feeds them, and gives them some attention. They are uncomplicated and cuddly, but of course need loving care.

• Good train connection – quickly in the city or in nature
• Quiet and pleasant residential area
