Atypical and rare, in the old hayloft of a 17th-century farm, in the center of the village, this loft has been renovated by combining respect for the old and the comfort of modernity.
Its walls, its frame and its white kitchen give it a sobriety counterbalanced by the warm aspect of the larch parquet.
You can enjoy:
- a mezzanine arranged as a relaxation area
- a living room with fireplace
- a large bed (2mx2m)
- a kitchen open to the dining area
Under the mezzanine are the separate WC, the dressing room and the bathroom, with a large new walk-in shower. A guest room-office-library moves at will, since it is a custom-made piece of furniture on wheels.
From its large South-West facing terrace, which also has a fireplace, you can admire an unobstructed view of Lake Geneva and the Jura mountains.
The loft has been carefully furnished with quality furniture and includes all the necessary equipment. You can simply drop off your bags and you'll be at home! It is also possible to discuss renting it unfurnished or with some of the furniture.
Shops, school and other amenities are nearby. Stops for lines 47 and 49 of the Lausanne buses are a few meters away. Access to the motorway is less than five minutes away.
Animals are not allowed.
