• Homemade soaps and detergents with 24/7 laundry room
• 4 organic-vegetarian buffet meals per month, prepared by a chef (choice among 8 dates per month)

• CHF 100.- Common grocery store accessible 24/7 for residents, with basic products (spices, flours, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer as well as vegetables from the vegetable garden.

• Request for contribution to the collective: 12h/month (8h from the 2nd year).
  Contribution of the type of stewardship for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning common areas, depending on needs. (Or, if no time contribution, CHF 160.-/month)

This is a cooperative housing co-ownership, without real estate speculation. Rents are at cost price.
