The rooms are furnished (bed, desk, office chair, shelves, wardrobe) and the common areas (fitted and equipped kitchen, bathroom, and WC) are to be shared.

All charges are included in the monthly rent (water, electricity, heating, insurance, internet, and cleaning service) and the registration fee is CHF 85.- (payable once with the first rent).
