Apartment near EPFL University (M1 Provence stop). Available from August 1, 2025.

I'm looking for someone trustworthy, discreet, clean, and attentive (ideally a student).

My room will be locked and inaccessible for the time being.
I also live with my girlfriend and am often abroad, so i will never be there

The apartment will be completely prepared for you, like an Airbnb. All you have to do is unpack your bags.

Utilities (electricity, internet, heating, etc.): CHF 200

Length to be agreed upon, but minimum 3 months / no pets
