Attention! Not a private apartment, but 2 rooms and a private bathroom in a shared apartment! However, since we only share the kitchen, it feels almost like you have your own apartment.

Your rooms:
Small bedroom with beautiful wooden floor and view into the greenery.
Large living room with laminate floor, beautiful view with afternoon and evening sun.
Private bathroom with sitting bathtub (between your bedroom and your living room).

Your rooms are - connected by doors - on one side of the apartment, the other side of the apartment (separated by a wide hallway) is occupied by me, and there is also the (rather small) kitchen that we share.

If you like peace and a lot of nature, you will enjoy it here. However, the rooms are not suitable for you if you are very noise-sensitive and need a lot of quiet. The house is old and has a lot of charm, but it is noisy.

The apartment includes a terrace with evening sun, as well as a storage room with plenty of space. The house used to be a spa hotel and is located in the hamlet of Wängibad, beautifully idyllic. We have our own water source, a pool, a large garden with many trees to linger, a vegetable garden, and a sauna.

You: bring a certain flexibility and openness. You are rather quiet, employed with regularly paid work. You are a cat lover but do not have any pets yourself.

Me: female, 43 years old, rather quiet, open, flexible, reflective, optimistic-solution-oriented. I work in the social sector and have irregular working hours. I am sometimes away a lot and also like to be at home. My partner (humorous and flexible) is often here. I also occasionally (irregularly) have other visitors who stay here overnight. I do a lot of sports and am health-conscious. I have 2 very charming cats living with me.

I am looking for an open, flexible roommate. Occasionally having dinner together or having a coffee, but without regularity and expectations.

There is a cleaning schedule for the kitchen and other tasks in and around the house (mowing the lawn, wiping the house area, cleaning the stairwell, helping with pool cleaning). I prefer separate groceries.

Car or e-bike is an advantage. Affoltern am Albis train station is 3.2 km away, post bus Aeugst am Albis is 1.3 km away.

The costs include utilities, and there is an annual utility bill settlement.

Parking can be rented additionally, CHF 60.-- per month.
