Cozy wooden apartment with wood stove, cross-country ski trail right in front of the house

From November 1, 2026, we are renting a bright, cozy 2.5-room apartment in a Grisons old building in Nufenen.

The apartment is built with a lot of wood, has oak parquet in the living room and bedroom. The centerpiece is the natural stone wood stove in the living room. It provides cozy warmth on cold evenings, in addition to the heating with radiators (wood chips) in all rooms. The firewood is stored in the associated wood shed.
