Surrounded by sunny vineyards, forests and meadows lies the beautiful village of Oberstammheim, which belongs to the political municipality of Stammheim in the canton of Zurich. The village is characterized by many beautiful gabled buildings, including the Hirschen inn from 1684.
The new building "Aachhof" consists of three buildings with 15 apartments and four commercial units in the service sector. 5 of these apartments are designed in terraced house style over several floors.
In the underground garage there are also 47 parking spaces available. The "Aachhof" integrates into the historical appearance of the idyllic village.
The inner courtyard in the middle of the three buildings is designed with lots of green spaces as well as play and recreation areas.
A photovoltaic system for self-consumption is located on the south-facing roof surfaces of the new buildings.
The two street-side buildings are characterized by a mural facade with a base and interior exterior spaces / loggias. The building in the south of the plot is characterized by a wooden facade and references in its design and expression to the village-typical farm buildings.
