Due to an unexpected move, I am looking for a new tenant starting November 1st or by arrangement for my lovely 4.5-room apartment (69 m2) near the city center in Chur.

Large, beautiful living-dining area (counts as 1.5 rooms) with Swedish stove and balcony overlooking the Calanda. The other 3 rooms are rather small (7.2 m2; 9 m2; 10 m2): The landlord therefore only rents the apartment to single persons or couples.

The apartment includes an outdoor parking space right next to the house. Parking and additional costs are included in the rent of CHF 1,840.

Quiet residential area near the local mountain Brambrüesch. 12 minutes on foot to the train station, 6 minutes by bike.
