I am looking for a subtenant for a 4-room apartment in Lucerne Rönnemoosrain 1, 6014 Lucerne.

The apartment is very centrally located: Coop, Denner, Migros, post office and bus stop are right outside the door. The apartment has 2 balconies and a new kitchen with new floors. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Furniture can be taken over if desired, but it is not necessary. We need a subtenant from June 2025.
