Located directly on the Limmat River, nestled in the wonderful river landscape, lies the Oederlin area. In the past, metal was cast here; today, various companies from different industries have found their home on the site.

New studios have been created in the former foundry 2. All studios and the building have been gently renovated to retain the character of the former foundry.

Most studios are rented, a few are still available. This studio is in the basement and can be reached via a staircase. The two windows look directly onto the Limmat River. The old tank has been deliberately left in the room.
