The spacious bathroom has its own washing tower. Included is a cellar compartment in the natural stone cellar as well as an attic compartment.

The open kitchen with a view of the greenery features a ceramic cooktop, granite countertop, and modern appliances.

In the quiet and rural outdoor area, there is a seating area available for shared use. Bicycle storage is available. A covered parking space is available for an additional charge of CHF 50 per month.
