We were very pleased with the sales strategy. Our house was sold with complete success. Thank you for the appreciated and straightforward collaboration!

I was accompanied by Edoardo Köppel and Köppel-Legal AG during the sale of my 2.5-room apartment on Rossweid in Sins and was very satisfied with the collaboration. The initial assessment of the apartment and the realistically achievable selling price was understandable, honest, and well-founded. The professional preparation of the sales documents and especially the successful photos made a very good impression. Throughout the entire sales process, Mr. Köppel was reliably reachable, responded quickly, and kept me informed transparently about viewings, feedback, and the next steps. I particularly appreciated his calm and solution-oriented approach with sometimes demanding interested parties, who initially backed out, later agreed again, or tried to significantly lower the price. Mr. Köppel conducted the negotiations consistently and with the necessary sensitivity. Despite these challenges, the apartment was sold at a higher price and without unnecessary complications. I felt well taken care of at all times and can recommend Edoardo Köppel and Köppel-Legal AG without reservation.

A real estate sale where everything fit together from the very beginning: the marketing strategy, the speed, and the result. Markus Wymann and his team managed to attract several serious and valuable buyers for my property in a very short time thanks to professional positioning and convincing marketing. The resulting competitive situation not only allowed for an exceptionally short marketing duration but also led to a sales result that exceeded our initial expectations. Markus Wymann has impressively demonstrated that successful real estate brokerage means far more than just listing a property for sale. Market knowledge, strategic approach, negotiation skills, and personal commitment have all played together excellently here. I particularly appreciated the trusting and collaborative partnership throughout the entire sales process. My heartfelt thanks go to Markus Wymann and his team for this extraordinary achievement. An unconditional recommendation!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Nelly Olah. From the first conversation to the successful sale of my condominium, I felt excellently supported at all times. Ms. Olah worked extremely professionally, committed, reliably, and transparently. She was always reachable, answered all my questions competently, and regularly informed me about the current status. I particularly appreciated her honest advice, her pleasant and friendly manner, as well as her great commitment during the sales negotiations. Thanks to her experience and dedication, my apartment was successfully sold at a very good price. I sincerely thank her for the excellent collaboration and wish Ms. Olah continued success. I will recommend her at any time with full conviction.

The decision to hand over the sale of our apartment to the company Remo Wyss was a good one. Even the submitted offer was enough to establish a basis of trust. The discussions and agreements were very professional and friendly. All promises and deadlines were met. We are completely satisfied and can recommend the Wyss company. Jean and Maja Perret
