The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home.
