Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Ekaterina Kotur for her excellent support and for her highly appreciated professionalism, noting that we, as lawyers, are naturally extremely critical😊!

The collaboration with Dominique Nucera was uncomplicated, efficient, and very pleasant from the very beginning. Thanks to her extensive experience, she immediately understood my situation and needs and competently accompanied me throughout the entire process. I particularly appreciated her open, warm, and humorous manner. You always feel well taken care of and taken seriously with her. She also took on the often demanding and time-consuming coordination with the various offices with great commitment, patience, and perseverance. This noticeably relieved me, and I could always rely on her support. I am very grateful for the excellent guidance and her great effort. I can highly recommend Dominique Nucera.

Mr. von Allmen handled the sale absolutely professionally and, above all, very quickly. The communication and support during the process were impeccable. I can recommend Mr. von Allmen without any reservations. Many years ago, I also got to know Mr. von Allmen as a professional during the purchase of a property. He acts equally perfectly, communicatively, and helpfully in supporting both a purchase and a sale!

Mr. Polesana advised us very competently on the sale of our apartment. His support was very helpful to us. The photos of our apartment as well as the online presentation were very professional. For months, we were able to rely on his assistance. We would hire Mr. Polesana again at any time for a real estate sale.

Ekaterina supported me with the sale of my maisonette apartment in the Canton of Schwyz at the end of 2024. As an expat, it was very important for me to work with someone who communicates clearly and reliably in English. She carried out a very thorough property valuation, carefully considering all renovations. This helped to show the true value of the property, increased buyers’ willingness to pay, and supported a higher mortgage valuation with the bank. Ekaterina also supported me professionally with the refinancing process, including the repayment of pension fund assets. Throughout the entire sales process, she was highly transparent, reliable, and well organised. If I sell my new property one day, I will definitely work with Ekaterina again.

Andy did a sensational job. From the competent and honest advice to the high-quality photos and the professional presentation of the property, everything was at the highest level. Thanks to his commitment and network, a buyer could be found in no time. I particularly appreciate the continuous and clear communication throughout the entire sales process. Thank you very much for the excellent collaboration – highly recommended!
