Real Estate Agents in Steinhausen

Everything worked very smoothly, thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with Ms. Zeberli. She organized everything perfectly and the entire apartment sale went very quickly. Thank you very much

A big thank you to Ms. Zeberli! With her great, competent manner, she handled the sale of our apartment professionally from start to finish, was always reachable, and maintained a respectful interaction. We felt very well taken care of and will be happy to recommend her. Thank you once again!

We faced a special challenge: Due to our early retirement, we wanted to sell the apartment – and still remain as tenants for at least 15 years. The future rents were accounted for in the purchase price as an interest-free loan and continuously offset against the current rental income. Not an easy arrangement. Mr. Edoardo Köppel from Köppel-Legal AG explained everything to us with great patience, set it up legally flawlessly, and implemented it securely. He accompanied us not only legally and in retirement planning but also found the perfect buyer as a real estate agent – top-notch professionally and humanly on equal terms. Despite the demanding sales structure, Mr. Köppel negotiated an excellent sale price for us. Thanks to this beautiful, large profit, we were able to realize our dream and retire early. Today we continue to live happily in our apartment; the relationship with the new owner is warm and trusting. It couldn't have gone better. Thank you very much, Mr. Köppel, for your exceptional commitment! 100% recommendation.
