Real Estate Agents in Quarten

In October of last year, we purchased an apartment and were accompanied throughout the entire process by Marianne Gubler. Communication was always absolutely top-notch, we could always rely on her advice, and she showed a lot of patience and professionalism. This also applies to dealing with other involved parties (my bank, various offices, etc.): Ms. Gubler always communicated excellently and arranged everything necessary without any issues. In short: Anyone who has Marianne Gubler by their side for such a large and important transaction can sleep soundly.

Nicole is a very professional and highly experienced agent who has her client's interests at heart. She accompanied us at all stages of the transaction and immediately made us feel home at the new property. I could not recommend her more highly.

Paulina provided me with excellent support during the real estate purchase. Her working style is professional and efficient, yet also very personal and friendly. All questions were answered openly and understandably, the advice was transparent and reliable. Highly recommended!

I would like to once again sincerely thank Mr. Kubli for his excellent and professional work and support in the sale of my apartment in Stallikon Sellenbüren. Mr. Kubli was always reachable for me. The collaboration was always pleasant and polite, and I was promptly informed about all relevant matters. In the property valuation, very detailed work was done, and the determined price was very realistic. The brochure/sales documentation and the contract were also appealingly and professionally designed. From the first meeting with Mr. Kubli to the contract signing and the handover of the apartment, everything went smoothly, including the property gain tax. Furthermore, Mr. Kubli is always willing to help with anything that is needed. I gladly recommend Mr. Kubli and wish him much success in his work.

For 15 years, we have been working with the Blatter family / BlatterIMMO. In all projects, everything has gone smoothly and to our complete satisfaction, in the areas of services, brokerage, or rental. Heiri Blatter leads the company and his employees excellently. Everyone in the company is very helpful and also has the necessary skills. Bravo, keep it up!

Excellent support and successful sale of my condominium I am extremely satisfied with the sale of my condominium by Hasanbasic Real Estate. From the first consultation to the final notary appointment, I was competently, transparently, and reliably accompanied. Ms. Hasanbasic and her team not only created a realistic market analysis but also prepared a professional exposé and implemented targeted marketing strategies. I was particularly impressed by the quick processing: Suitable buyers were found in no time, viewings were organized, and the sale was successfully completed – at a price that even exceeded my expectations. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hasanbasic Real Estate. Anyone looking for a dedicated, honest, and professional real estate agent is in the right place here!

Sandro Burn and his team accompanied us in the search for our second home in Andermatt/Realp. We were extremely competently, friendly, and professionally cared for, and our needs were quickly recognized and taken into account. The communication was always extremely friendly and transparent. Particularly impressive was the enormous expertise of the team as well as their excellent regional knowledge. Both as buyers and sellers, Ursera Immo GmbH is unreservedly and warmly recommended.
