Real Estate Agents in Orsières

Aurélie Richer (Valimmobilier SA - Champex-Lac)

I am delighted to confirm a singularly successful transaction under the advice of Miguel Amorin. I have found Miguel to have been consistently knowledgeable, cooperative and helpful - and at all times, most pleasant. I would also observe, as a (recently retired) Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors that I am well placed to present a professional opinion of the service provided and I affirm that I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Valimmobillier and Miguel in particular to any future vendor or purchaser of property in Valais. Thank you Miguel, most heartily.

I have been looking for my dreaming home for 2 years, it finally came to true only because of Daniel. He is so patient and responsive, without him we would miss our opportunity. He explained me so well about the chalet before the visit, and when we visited the place, it was first love in sight. After we gave our offer, he was always ready to answer any questions for us, even the silly ones, he was so patient. We really appreciated it!

The interaction with Ludovic was very pleasant and professional during our visit to a property in Champex Lac. The bond of trust was quickly established, and Ludovic did not hesitate to come out over the weekend to accommodate our constraints. Very good experience.

Anna Lombardi (Progestimmo Sàrl)

Very friendly person, with whom one can work. Unfortunately, I had to do the visits quite often alone, without her presence. Moreover, Anna has good knowledge of her work, despite the fact that she was unaware that a request for 10% of the sale price could be paid at the time of signing. This would have suited me well... Otherwise, I can only recommend her, as in the end, the property was sold!
