Mrs. Batan is efficient, especially when a major problem arises... she remained available for over a year for both the buyer and the seller to resolve insurance issues and repair work. She has a talent for mediation when both parties feel wronged and need to find a solution without resorting to the courts. All while correctly assessing the compensations from one side to the other.
