Very professional execution of the sale. The buyers were also very satisfied with the handling. Mr. Casutt took on all tasks. Even the contract and the appointments at the notary were handled by him. He was always on-site at the property. His very likable manner surely helped, and one immediately had trust in him. Anytime again
From the previous collaboration on several sales transactions and evaluations, I can unconditionally recommend Mr. Bütikofer. The very thoughtful and coherent arguments and answers to my questions were enormously valuable to me as a layperson. The same applies to the notary he chose for the certification. Anytime again!
Ms. Kägi definitely has her craft under control. The seriousness and expertise with which she approaches her work is truly impressive. Her statements are honest and transparent, which was very noticeable to me during the sale. Emails as well as calls were always answered very quickly, which gave me a good feeling. We can highly recommend Ms. Kägi for a successful sale of a property.
We had an excellent experience with Simone. Always available for clarifications and very precise in managing the documentation and the various phases of the purchase. Being our first purchase, we had several questions. We found great availability and patience in providing us with all the necessary explanations.
Mr. Haffer accompanied us throughout the entire sales process in a professional, competent manner, with a lot of passion and commitment. We can recommend Mr. Haffer at any time.
With the solid experience and professional approach, the sale of the apartment was handled quickly and successfully. As stated in the brokerage contract, we were always informed about all steps and accompanied from A to Z - up to the signing at the notary and the handover of the apartment to the buyer. Everything went wonderfully and on time. We owe great thanks to Sascha Saxer from Saxer Immo for his extremely serious and reliable work.
I was very happy with how I was assisted by Dennis for the sale of the rustic property in Moneto. I will also recommend him to friends, very professional.
