Real Estate Agents in Madiswil

From the very beginning of the contact and throughout the entire construction and purchasing process with Barbara Moncho and her team, we were excellently taken care of. Our concerns and inquiries were addressed and resolved competently, efficiently, and in a very customer-friendly manner.

I would like to thank Bernard Hurni for the great work. He took care of all the details and coordinated all the appointments, so I didn't have to worry about anything. I can recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competent real estate agent.

M. Bichsel knows the region in which he operates well, which is an important advantage. The sale required responsiveness, flexibility, and persistence. The finalization was well conducted. Communication was good throughout the process, and he was always available. Highly recommended without hesitation!

From the very first meeting, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of by Mr. von Gunten. His friendly and simultaneously very competent manner immediately created trust. The entire support was extremely pleasant and straightforward for us. Questions were always answered quickly, and the appointment for the viewing and for the contract was arranged very promptly according to our wishes. Especially with a property purchase, which is often associated with many questions and a bit of nervousness, this trustworthy and human support was particularly valuable for us. We sincerely thank you for the competent, reliable, and above all, humanly pleasant assistance. Thank you for helping to make my big dream of the Thun studio come true :-) We highly recommend Mr. von Gunten and would choose him as our first point of contact for any future purchase or sale. We wish you continued joy and success in your work!

Sven supported us in the purchase of our own home with great commitment and passion. He competently accompanied us throughout the entire process and quickly addressed our concerns. Sven is also a very likeable and honest person on a personal level. We felt fortunate to have him on our side. We can highly recommend him and would immediately turn to him again. Thank you, Sven, for everything.

Excellent work by Mr. Gogniat: dynamic in the exchanges, during the visit and available for the long term (we will not hesitate to contact him again if we need craftsmen or anything else). We can only recommend him!
