Real Estate Agents in Lohn (GR)

Absolutely service-oriented sale of my property. Thank you very much, Giannino!

I had the pleasure of using the services of Riccardo Bieler for the second time. The philosophy and approach are impressive. Riccardo loves his job, and that is reflected from start to finish. Through a clear analysis and his expertise, you always feel well advised and can trust him with your property 100%. Thank you for the great collaboration. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars here; it should actually be 7.

The entire sales mandate was carried out very professionally by Riccardo Bieler. All tasks were completed to our utmost satisfaction. The contact with Riccardo Bieler was always very good. We never had any problems with the sale - not even with the new owners. We would like to thank Ricky very much for supporting us in all matters. We can highly recommend Riccardo Bieler.

The process was very professional yet personal. Ms. Caplazi regularly informed us in writing and verbally about the current status. We were then able to successfully sell the property to our preferred interested party. At the end, Ms. Caplazi offered an aperitif with all the neighbors and the new owners. This was a nice conclusion for us to the great collaboration. I gladly recommend Ms. Caplazi for the sale of your property.
