We had the pleasure of being accompanied by Julien Gogniat during the purchase of our apartment, and we highly recommend him. Julien was always very responsive and present for us. At the slightest question or concern, he did not hesitate to directly contact the relevant parties (architect, seller, companies, etc.), which greatly facilitated the process. He also demonstrated great listening skills and exemplary availability, whether for visits, appointments, or to discuss specific points related to the project. We particularly appreciated his integrity and honesty: when something was not right or deserved to be pointed out, he always informed us transparently. In addition to being very professional, Julien is a friendly, positive, and pleasant person, which makes the collaboration all the more enjoyable. We recommend him without any hesitation.
