Real Estate Agents in Knonau

Many thanks for all your support and expertise on this smooth transaction. You found the right buyer at the right time. I will recommend your name to any friends willing to sell or buy. Feel free to call me at anytime if there is any issue with the payment. Best regards, Fernando.

I experienced Mr. Hofstetter not only as very friendly and always willing to talk throughout the entire sales process, but especially as very efficient and always extremely polite. It was not easy with the sellers of the house we purchased; there was always a document missing, and the notary appointment had to be postponed several times. During all this time, he never lost his patience or composure and always mediated and helped within the shortest time possible, so that we were ultimately able to acquire the house.

The collaboration with Mr. Timur Mazlar was professional, personal, and very friendly from the very beginning. We always felt well cared for and taken seriously. Questions were answered quickly and competently, and you can tell that he truly cares about his clients' concerns. Thank you very much for the great support; we would work with him again at any time!

Very correct and the professional advisor

Mr. Hertig has created a detailed and clean analysis of the property and subsequently defined the perfect sales strategy. His correct working method, many years of experience, and honest character are guarantees of success!

Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Ekaterina Kotur for her excellent support and for her highly appreciated professionalism, noting that we, as lawyers, are naturally extremely critical😊!

We purchased our condominium off-plan through Living Estates and were excellently advised by Mr. Philipp Schlatter. From the first conversation to the notarization, he accompanied us competently, transparently, and always friendly. He explained plans, construction descriptions, and documents clearly, answered questions quickly, and we also received helpful support with financing. We particularly appreciated his honesty. Thank you very much, Mr. Schlatter, absolutely recommendable!

Melanie advised us currently on the Zollikerberg/Zollikon market! Her advice helped us in not making wrong decision. Thank you Melanie!
