Real Estate Agents in Kandergrund

In March 2025, we entrusted Immo Link Schweiz AG with the sale of our house. Florian Lischer advised and supported us with his extensive expertise. His friendly and competent manner convinced us. All steps were explained and executed transparently. The marketing was professional, the house was measured, and beautiful photos of the house were taken, which certainly contributed to the quick sale of the house. Mr. Lischer took care of the viewings and always informed us immediately as soon as there was interest in the house. He was also always available for any other questions, and we felt very well taken care of and could calmly wait for the purchase offers. The sale in July 2025 was smooth and swift, and Mr. Lischer was by our side until the end. We are very satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend Immo Link Schweiz AG 100 percent at any time and would like to thank them once again.

During the sale of our apartment, Andrea Wiederkehr provided us with excellent support. Thanks to her competent negotiation skills, we were able to successfully complete the sale in a short time. We are very grateful for her assistance. Marlis and Kurt

A big thank you for the management during the purchase of my 2.5-room apartment in Crans-Montana. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness to my requests for additional information (documents, plans, etc.) regarding the property in view of the purchase. Also, excellent follow-up and contact during the step with the notary, and finally, the handover of the keys on site, the ancillary services, and the provision of contacts for my renovation project.

Mr. Bazzi has helped me a lot in this process because he is a very available and especially reassuring person. He did everything to sell our house quickly at the desired price and successfully. I will call on him again if needed and without any hesitation.

Murielle provided an accurate assessment of our property. She managed the viewings. Her professionalism and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. She always gave clear indications about potential buyers. I recommend her without hesitation.
