Rudolf Steinwender has my highest possible recommendation. I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers.
