Real Estate Agents in Flims

Very professional and competent handling, responses always came quickly and friendly.

Thanks to the professional guidance and expertise, our semi-detached house was sold in a short time for the best possible price. Carine Keller has very good knowledge of current real estate prices and the situation of supply and demand in the local real estate market. Her assessment of the property was market-conform, and the professionally designed sales documentation, along with placing the property on the right platforms, contributed to the quick completion of the sale. We were very well accompanied and supported by Carine Keller in this sales process. She always handled and answered all our concerns, questions, etc. very promptly and competently. The collaboration with Carine Keller is very pleasant. We can highly recommend Ms. Keller.

As an independent executor, I had the opportunity to oversee another house sale by Schnyder VST Immobilien AG, 8754 Netstal. Ms. Gabriela Schnyder and Mr. Markus Schnyder, along with their team, have done an excellent job. Their conscientious and proactive approach from the property appraisal to the contract signing is exemplary and is based on a model customer service in every respect. Grade: Summa cum laude With kind regards and in gratitude for your impactful services

During the collaboration with ARTESTATE, I experienced Fabrizio as an extremely dedicated, competent, and reliable contact person. I particularly appreciated his clear communication, his precise working method, and his ability to convey everything in a very understandable and practical manner. The collaboration was thus characterized by openness and professionalism. I found his solution-oriented attitude and his genuine interest in the jointly defined goal/result in the marketing of the property to be particularly pleasant. His expertise in the real estate market, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, made the collaboration not only efficient but also very valuable. I can recommend ARTESTATE and Fabrizio without reservation. His expertise, high level of commitment, and pleasant personality make Fabrizio a valuable partner when it comes to marketing a property, both professionally and personally. Whether you are a seller or a buyer, you can rely on his word and his dedication.

Ms. Chantal Tinner was our agent during the purchase of our vacation apartment in the Flumser Mountains. She was very friendly and competent and handled the purchase efficiently. We can highly recommend Ms. Tinner as an agent.

I can absolutely and unreservedly recommend Mr. Tobler! From the first contact to the completion of the purchase, everything went perfectly. His professionalism, reliability, and commitment are truly exceptional. Mr. Tobler accompanied me excellently throughout the entire process, was always reachable, and took great care of every detail. You can immediately tell that he does his work with passion and places great value on the satisfaction of his clients. Thanks to him, the house purchase was completely stress-free and transparent – I felt well taken care of at all times. A broker of the highest level, one could only wish for! Once again, a heartfelt thank you for the great support – I would work with Mr. Tobler again at any time!

Mrs. Scheer was extremely professional during the whole selling process. She took care of everything from the property advertisment to the handover to the new owners. I was very happy that she accompanied me through every administrative step. The selling process was very smooth and she does complete her duties until the very final step. Best regards, Fabrice Rolli
