Real Estate Agents in Escholzmatt-Marbach

Sandro Burn and his team accompanied us in the search for our second home in Andermatt/Realp. We were extremely competently, friendly, and professionally cared for, and our needs were quickly recognized and taken into account. The communication was always extremely friendly and transparent. Particularly impressive was the enormous expertise of the team as well as their excellent regional knowledge. Both as buyers and sellers, Ursera Immo GmbH is unreservedly and warmly recommended.

The contact with Roman Burgener was not only very friendly but also very competent. He promptly provided information in response to our requests and inquiries and is well connected in the region, which made the entire purchasing process very pleasant. We were in very good hands with him and can highly recommend him.

We sold our family home in Illnau and are positively surprised by the competitive sales process. We could reach out to the agent with questions at any time. From the first contact to the notary appointment, we were excellently taken care of. We can recommend them with a clear conscience.

I would like to once again sincerely thank Mr. Kubli for his excellent and professional work and support in the sale of my apartment in Stallikon Sellenbüren. Mr. Kubli was always reachable for me. The collaboration was always pleasant and polite, and I was promptly informed about all relevant matters. In the property valuation, very detailed work was done, and the determined price was very realistic. The brochure/sales documentation and the contract were also appealingly and professionally designed. From the first meeting with Mr. Kubli to the contract signing and the handover of the apartment, everything went smoothly, including the property gain tax. Furthermore, Mr. Kubli is always willing to help with anything that is needed. I gladly recommend Mr. Kubli and wish him much success in his work.

Mr. Fabio De Marco conducted the sale of our apartment with great commitment, competence, and friendliness. We thank him very much for his work.
