We recently purchased a new villa in Bière through David Staub at HomePlus, and we could not be more satisfied with this experience. From the first contact to the signing at the notary, David demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine attention to our needs. He guided us at every step of the process with clarity and patience, making a transaction that can be complex smooth and well-managed. We warmly recommend David to anyone looking to acquire real estate. Thank you, David!

Mr. Bossi demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. He was able to listen to us, understand our needs and constraints in order to finalize this sale. He was always available, even after the sale, to assist us with the various procedures. It was very pleasant to work with Mr. Bossi, whom we highly recommend.

We were delighted to work with Mr. Tissot for the purchase of our apartment. He was always kind, responsive, and fair in all our exchanges. We particularly appreciated his availability and flexibility. He was able to adapt to our schedule by offering several viewings, including in the evening and on weekends. We also greatly appreciated his support throughout the process. Mr. Tissot provided us with very useful information and played an excellent role as an intermediary between us and the real estate developer. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a property in the area.

I wanted to share the excellent and very professional work done by Mr. Riss. His collaboration and commitment have been decisive.

The sale or purchase of a property is a key moment, and it is not always easy to find "the right person" to place your trust in. With Loïse, the entire process went smoothly and simply. Besides her expertise and analysis of the real estate market, I particularly appreciated her human qualities. I warmly recommend her and thank her for her advice.

We simply want to thank Mr. Ansermet, who took care of the sale of our house. We were facing many difficulties, and he was able to adapt and completely change the sales process. We can only recommend him, which we have already done twice. His network in the region is impressive, and he even managed to get us selected by a management company for an apartment in the area. Bravo Maxime, you deserve it!

I had a very pleasant experience during my real estate transaction with Ms. Bertolini from the Froidevaux agency. She demonstrated great professionalism, excellent mediation skills between the parties, and remarkable attention to the smallest details. I highly recommend this agency for any quality real estate transaction, especially with Ms. Bertolini.

Betty was very responsive to our requests for information right away. She is efficient, pleasant, and all our exchanges and visits went very well.

The contact with Ms. Aellen was most courteous. She knew her subject perfectly and answered various questions without hesitation. She is a trustworthy person who clearly tells you things. In addition to being meticulous and organized, Ms. Aellen has an excellent sense of verbal and written communication. The email responses were very quick, which is greatly appreciated. Ms. Aellen is warmly thanked for enabling the result of this real estate purchase and wishes her great success in her activity.

I can only recommend Basile to anyone looking to sell their property. From our very first meeting, I had complete confidence in his expertise. All the advice he gave me turned out to be accurate and valuable, whether it was about setting the right selling price or knowing how to approach discussions with buyers. His support was impeccable from start to finish. The sale was concluded much more quickly than I would have imagined, with remarkable efficiency. Basile handled the viewings entirely on his own, which allowed me to experience this stage with a lot of peace of mind. Beyond his professionalism, I particularly appreciated his discretion, his listening skills, and his ability to always adopt the right tone. You can tell he practices his profession with passion, never being pushy, and always in the best interest of his clients. A huge thank you to Basile for his support. If I had to do it again, I would entrust him with my property without the slightest hesitation.
