I already had very high expectations of Jannis from talking to friends who recommended him to me. But mine was an exceptional experience! Jannis is very personable and highly professional in every way. He organised multiple viewings and second viewings in a very short period of time. He had sold our apartment (notarised contract of sale) six weeks after our introductory meeting! I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much Jannis!
Many paths lead to Rome but only ONE path leads to Peter Krummenacher and his team!! very human just perfect.
Ms. Lohner Myrtha from von Holzen Immobilien AG sold a property for me. I received top-notch competent advice and the effort for me was practically zero. Should I have an interest in buying or selling a property in the future, I will contact them immediately.
Mr. Bossard conducted the sales negotiations professionally and promptly. With his calm, friendly demeanor, he was very trustworthy to me. The property was sold very well in a relatively short time. I also greatly appreciated that he regularly kept me informed about the current status. I can recommend Mr. Bossard at any time and wish him all the best.
Mr. Sahli and Mr. Kolp have succeeded in reaching a consensus between the sellers and the buyers. This requires expertise, determination, and transparency. We always felt well informed. This convinced us, and we can only recommend Real Estate further. We look back on a successful purchase completion.
Mr. Jaun has helped me over several years with renting and also with resolving difficulties with tenants. Recently, I entrusted Mr. Jaun with the sale of this condominium apartment. Even then, I was always kept informed and supported until the handover of the apartment. Throughout the entire time, he was very reliable, competent, straightforward, and always very accommodating. I can only recommend him further. Thank you very much for your support and the good cooperation. Best regards, I. Graziano
Markus supported us very professionally. He is also great on a personal level; he is very reliable. We can only recommend newprop AG.
