❤️ Much more than a meeting: a true partner of trust We met Daniela Ghiandai over 8 years ago when purchasing our apartment, and we immediately clicked. Her professionalism, availability, and ability to understand our needs had already impressed us back then. When we decided to sell our apartment this year, as part of a somewhat crazy project since we had to relocate very quickly afterward, we did so without the slightest hesitation in renewing our trust in her. Daniela immediately jumped into this adventure with us, dedicating herself 100% to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Very dynamic, present, and efficient, she arranged numerous viewings, provided impeccable follow-up, and rose to this challenge brilliantly as our apartment was sold in just a month and a half! A performance that allowed us to move forward very quickly with our new project. But what really makes the difference with Daniela is her human side. She knows how to listen to everyone, understand the expectations of both sellers and buyers, and find the right balance in all situations. Her kindness, empathy, and good humor make the process much simpler and more enjoyable. We are sincerely delighted to have had her by our side for these two important stages of our real estate journey. Thank you, Daniela, for your professionalism, your kindness, and your unwavering commitment. We recommend you with our eyes closed! So one piece of advice: contact Daniela and be ready to change your life! 🏡✨

Abby is an extraordinary and truly special realtor. My brother and I live in the United States, and we needed to sell our mother’s apartment in another country. This was not an easy task to manage from afar. From the start, we felt completely comfortable with Abby. She took responsibility not only for listing and showing the apartment, but also for staging it so that it felt warm, lived-in, and current. She handled so many details and made what could have been a very stressful process remarkably easy for us. The best part was that she found a buyer in record time! Abby is warm, personable, highly professional, and incredibly trustworthy. I would not hesitate to trust her with the sale or purchase of any home. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

In October 2023, I had the pleasure of entrusting my property for sale to Mr. Alexandre Traynard. I immediately appreciated the quality of our exchange, Mr. Traynard's professionalism, and his warm welcome. Both in terms of the property evaluation and the follow-up and visits conducted, I was completely satisfied. The sale was concluded to my wishes and expectations. I can therefore only highly recommend Mr. Alexandre Traynard. A former owner.

It is with enthusiasm that we can testify to the satisfaction of entering into a transaction with Delphine Major. She indeed has the gift of combining efficiency and professional know-how with a great capacity for empathy. She quickly puts us at ease, as we feel that she is convinced of selling us a property that she knows to be of quality. Moreover, she is helpful and available beyond what is normally expected. In a word, it is a great pleasure to deal with Delphine Major for such an important purchase.

Delphine is very comfortable in all situations and knows how to communicate very well with potential buyers. She effectively defends the seller's interests with wise advice. She is efficient and discreet. I recommend her in all cases; she is a true professional.

One year ago, our long journey of searching for a home came to an end. It was often a disappointing path, where gritted teeth hid behind bright smiles. But this journey led us to Byas-Perry Properties, and its work ethic that gives it all its charm. Today, we live in our villa, and we owe this joyful home to the trust we placed in Robin Byas-Perry. Thank you to him for his commitment, his interpersonal skills, and this unparalleled ability to endure any pressure with cheerfulness.
