Real Estate Agents in Oberstrass

In spring 2022, we agreed with the long-term tenant of our condominium that he would take it over. We quickly reached an agreement on the purchase price, and Mr. Lung handled the administrative tasks along with the notary appointments to our complete satisfaction (and under very reasonable conditions). Mr. Lung was recommended to us at that time by Casafair, the association for environmentally conscious and fair property owners.

Whoever wants to sell an apartment in Zurich should do so with MyWinvest GmbH. Mr. Diethelm and his team are experts in renting and selling. We have known Mr. Diethelm for 10 years and have already given him several mandates for Zurich and the surrounding area. He has also successfully sold our apartment, and we are always thrilled. Thank you very much, MyWinvest. Thank you, Mr. Diethelm.

Thank you for helping us throughout the process of buying the apartment! It was a pleasure to work with you! I am very satisfied with the process and the outcome. Overall experience was excellent, Benjamin was helpful, professional, reliable and super responsive. 5* Benjamin offered all the relevant information during the initial viewing and later during the offer phase and contract preparation. Advice on how to minimize bureaucracy and speed up the purchase process was much appreciated! 5* Communication was clear, effective with an extremely quick feedback loop. I think I always received answers to questions within minutes to 1-2 hours, which was much appreciated. 5* We are very happy with the overall results. Our needs were fully addressed. 5* Everything was extremely fast. I don't think the process could have been any faster, unless we didn't need a mortgage as a buyer. 5* Overall we are extremely satisfied with the process and Benjamin's help. Having been through this process before in Austria and Bulgaria, I can say that this has been the most effective setup and cooperation we've seen, and went above and beyond our expectation.

The transfer of our condominium in Zurich took place – specifically 40 days after the apartment was listed. Thanks to Mr. Demir, the apartment was not only sold quickly, but the sale also went absolutely smoothly. From the very first conversation, Mr. Demir was very accommodating and reassuring, which is very helpful in this situation. We then spontaneously decided to grant him this mandate and not contact any other agents. During the preparation for the sale, I was impressed by his professionalism in advising us on how to present and list the apartment, the speed at which the necessary appointments took place, and subsequently how the viewing appointments were scheduled. What I found very reassuring was that Mr. Demir was reliable and always easily reachable, responding immediately to my questions or uncertainties. The communication was very clear and understandable, especially when one has high expectations and demands as a customer in this segment. All in all, this sale is a success for us thanks to Mr. Demir; I would go through this process with him again at any time and would definitely recommend him.

Amini Swiss Prime Estate AG is exactly the type of real estate boutique that is far too rare in the market: competent, reliable, clear in communication – and above all, human. I say it as it is: Siba Barati is the nicest and happiest person I have ever encountered in the entire real estate business. You feel comfortable with her from the very first contact, taken seriously, and well cared for. Real estate is palpably in her blood – with genuine enthusiasm, great diligence, and high professionalism. What I particularly appreciate: The team is free from typical broker pretensions. No sales gimmicks, no castles in the air, no big promises – but down-to-earth, realistic, and solution-oriented. This normality is now a true quality feature in the brokerage business. Everything also appears consistent on the company side: personal support, a serious process mindset, and a clear focus on consulting, sales, and valuation as well as project development. I recommend Amini Swiss Prime Estate AG and especially Siba Barati without reservation – and I will gladly work with you again.

My requirements for receiving a worry-free package from start to finish were fully met. Every step of the sales process was explained to me. Ms. Elliscasis knows the legal requirements of construction very well. She communicates in a language that everyone understands. All my questions were answered immediately and professionally. I quickly established a relationship of trust with Ms. Elliscasis. This allowed me to delegate the cancellations of all works upon the conclusion of the contract. The many questions regarding the property gain tax were answered professionally. The tax declaration for the property gain tax was submitted on time by her at the conclusion of the contract. All viewings with potential buyers were addressed to me. At all times, I was involved in the sale and allowed to participate. I was supported 100%. I have already recommended Ms. Elliscasis and will continue to do so in the future. I am now very satisfied and happy to have sold my home. Now I can enjoy life with joy and without obligations. I thank Ms. Elliscasis for her very valuable commitment.
