Beim Verkauf meiner Immobilie wurde ich von A - Z sehr gut begleitet und betreut. Man spürt die Erfahrung von Bruno Wuhrmann und auch das er nun seinen Sohn Sergio einführt in den Verkauf habe ich geschätzt. Ich kann den Familienbetrieb von Familie Wuhrmann bestens weiterempfehlen.

Frau Giardino war immer sehr freundlich und professionell. Sie hat ein transparentes Verfahren durchgeführt, was bei wenigen Immobilienmaklern der Fall ist. Die Kommunikation war top, einfach, schnell und zuverlässig.

Meine Erfahrungen mit Herrn Herrn Kalberer und seiner Firma waren durchwegs sehr positiv. Der ganze Ablauf mit dem Verkauf meiner Wohnung war speditiv, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alle meine Fragen wurden immer freundlich und vollständig beantwortet. Auf meine Wünsche wurde immer eingegangen. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. Sure, we were initially questioning whether we should save some money and sell privately but the decision not to do so was really worth every Frank and I highly recommend in case you plan to sell or buy.

It was our first time buying a property in Switzerland. Though Peter was the seller's agent, he helped provide guidance on what all to expect along the way with the home ownership journey. We also agreed with the seller to make this a fast transaction, and with Peter's assistance, we managed to go from viewing to closing in about 2 months! It took a lot of communication and coordination to do this, and we had the year-end challenge in there too with bank and notary holiday closures, but he helped us get over the finish line on time.
