Real Estate Agents in An der Emme

The team at Gewerbe-Treuhand AG handled the sale of my parents' condominium absolutely professionally. My questions were always answered promptly and competently: starting from the first contact and the sales dossier, through the property viewings, to the notarial transfer of the condominium. I would like to thank the team once again for their work, it was great!

Valuable support already in the decision-making and preparation phase. Pragmatic and straightforward collaboration throughout the entire sales process, and also various, sometimes unpleasant and thankless tasks were taken on without additional costs. Very good price-performance ratio. Also highly appreciated by the buyers due to his courteous and professional manner.

Mr. Stirnimann has already assisted us for the second time with a real estate sale. He is extremely professional and factual. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend him.

I commissioned Truvag AG for the sale of an apartment in Lucerne. The contact with Truvag AG was always very pleasant and professional. The sales dossier was also well prepared. We were able to sell the apartment at a good price. Truvag AG has also been managing the STWEG property of the affected apartment for about 8 years. During this time, I always felt well taken care of as an owner. Inquiries outside of the management contract were always taken seriously and a solution was offered. I can therefore highly recommend Truvag AG - both for property management and for the sale of properties/apartments.

We were recommended to Chris Schneider by a friend. From the first conversation to the completion of our real estate transaction, we felt well taken care of at all times. After Mr. Schneider found a suitable buyer for our apartment in Kriens, they first had to sell their own house near Thun. However, the responsible local agent was unable to do this for five months. Mr. Schneider then took over the case personally and successfully sold the house within a few weeks. This allowed us to finally complete our transaction. Throughout the entire process, we were always kept informed transparently and regularly. Even the organization of the clearance and cleaning was taken care of for us. Since we live in Valais and the notarization took place in Lucerne, Mr. Schneider even signed on our behalf. We really didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you very much for the excellent service, absolutely recommendable! Best regards, Family Casile
