Real Estate Agents in District of Winterthur

A heartfelt thank you to Renate Bütler, whom we can recommend as both buyers and sellers. She was always reachable (even on weekends) and spared no effort to finalize the contracts between both parties in a way that suited everyone perfectly. We also appreciated her honest, open, and straightforward manner and the fixed brokerage fee. Her extensive experience in the real estate market is a benefit for all involved.

Super broker. Very quick response times, very friendly and dedicated staff. They took the time several times for various viewings and for many questions. They were supportive and proactively inquired. I can absolutely recommend them. We look forward to moving into our own home. Thank you very much Team Stöhr for the support.

Dear Ms. Freiermuth, Ms. Stöhr, Messrs. D. and R. Stöhr, and Mr. Isliker, I would like to sincerely thank all of you for the very professional guidance and support throughout the sales process of my house. I always felt very well taken care of with all of you, never left alone, and your expertise, experience, and human qualities always gave me a sense of security and constant availability. This morning, this journey has come to a very good end. The sale is complete; I am happy with the choice of buyers – a young, optimistic couple with two children... for this, the houses, one of which I was able to inhabit for a long time, were built exactly 100 years ago. Thank you all very much for contributing to the success of this great project. Markus Wettstein

Dear Stöhr Team Thank you very much for the professional advice and handling of the sale of our house. We always felt comfortable. We greatly appreciated that we were involved when we wished and that everything else was always done on time. I can only recommend you! Top

We sold our house through Stöhr Immobilien and were completely satisfied. Competent advice, transparent communication, and a quick, successful sale.

The team at Stöhr Immobilien supported us in two matters. We found and purchased our desired condominium and sold our house. At all times, we felt very well taken care of. Mr. Isliker advised us very kindly, committedly, and professionally and guided us through the entire sales process. We can clearly recommend Stöhr. Thank you for your excellent work.
