Real Estate Agents in District of St. Gallen

Selling your own apartment is not an everyday decision. That’s why it was important for us to have someone by our side whom we can trust. We had a good feeling from the very beginning with MyWinvest GmbH. Michael personally accompanied us in the sale of our 4.5-room apartment in Waldkirch. We were able to ask our questions openly, received understandable answers, and always knew how the sale was progressing. We particularly appreciated that we didn’t have to take care of many things ourselves. We are pleased that our apartment was successfully sold, and we would hire MyWinvest again. Anyone looking for a dedicated real estate agent for selling an apartment is, in our view, in good hands here. Thank you, Michael!

Ms. De Luca provided us with valuable services during our house sale. Her experience and positive attitude were very helpful to us. She is a very pleasant business partner, and we can recommend her without hesitation.

Absolutely reliable partner for services related to real estate

Our collaboration with Aforia was excellent. From the beginning, there was a very nice relationship of trust, the handling of the sale of our apartment was extremely professional and a complete success. We can give Aforia our highest recommendation.

After a thorough and easily understandable explanation, AFORIA AG took care of the entire process of selling the apartment. I was continuously informed and always had the same contact person. Even after the transfer, AFORIA AG handled the final property gain calculation. This all-inclusive package is definitely worth the commission. The apartment is in good hands now, and we are satisfied and relieved.

Very competent handling. Good communication and transparent working method. Would be happy to do it again.
