The purchase was excellently supported with all the necessary information, so we knew what we were buying. Simple processing all the way to the land registry office and beyond - we can highly recommend it...
Our house sale was professionally and very dedicatedly managed by Brian from A-Z. We can highly recommend AFORIA AG. Thank you once again for everything, Brian. The Kellenbergers Tuttwil.
The house purchase through Mr. Lingenhöhle from the company AFORIA went perfectly. Mr. Lingenhöhle communicated honestly and directly at all times, which we greatly appreciated. We were also well informed about the current state of affairs and the next steps. Mr. Lingenhöhle was always friendly and eager to clarify any questions that arose quickly and correctly. We would like to sincerely thank you for the pleasant and professional handling of the purchase.
We met Marcel Wild for the first time during the viewing of the house for sale, and we received a very good first impression. He guided us through the property in a friendly manner and with many useful pieces of information, and our questions were answered directly and competently. The further communication via email was always timely and goal-oriented. We felt absolutely well taken care of and taken seriously, and we can recommend Marcel as a realtor 100% both professionally and personally. Thank you very much for everything.
Marc and Nadine provided us with excellent support in selling our house. From listing to contract signing, 1A customer service and guidance. Realistic, open, and above all, human. We can only recommend Marc and Nadine to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or an apartment. Keep it up, you two, it couldn't be better. Thank you once again from the heart.
