Real Estate Agents in District of Jura-Nord vaudois

Arlette Bélat was very active and responsive throughout the entire process of selling our house. She followed all the steps with a lot of professionalism while remaining very human and warm, which we greatly appreciated.

We met Mr. Gadea like other brokers for the appraisal of our house. He immediately stood out for his professionalism and kindness. We clicked right away. And in the end, he sold our house after 3 weeks. We can only recommend him to those who wish to succeed in their sales.

Mrs. Giotto did an excellent job, a big thank you to her!

We were fortunate to be accompanied by Mrs. Giotto for the purchase of our house. We immediately appreciated her professionalism, availability, and especially her human side. This house represented a true crush for us. Mrs. Giotto then fully invested herself with the sellers to make them understand our motivation and seriousness, which allowed us to realize our project. Subsequently, she was present at every step, whether it was for the procedures with the notary, to connect with the sellers, or simply to answer our questions. We could always count on her and particularly appreciated each of our exchanges, which were always warm, cordial, and sincere. For a first purchase, which can sometimes seem a bit daunting, we truly felt supported and confident from start to finish. A big thank you to Mrs. Giotto for her commitment, availability, and kindness. We are really happy to have been accompanied in this way and will keep an excellent memory of this beautiful stage of our life.

3 months to sell my apartment Effective!

She completely did her job: understanding the expressed or underlying expectations, searching for properties that could be suitable, relevant visits, negotiations, organizing the conclusion. All with great attention and kindness.
