The collaboration with FSP Fine Swiss Properties and especially with Georg Spoerli was excellent in every respect! The sales proceeds can be described as extraordinarily good. Mr. Spoerli was always available for questions and problem-solving and handled the assignment with exceptional kindness and patience. We hope to maintain contact with him and FSP in the future.

We successfully sold our condominium with Julius Bär Real Estate within 5 months. Our special thanks go to Ms. Ursula Milz for her competent support during the sale and the good care of both parties. Highly recommended!

Ekaterina was very personally involved in the sale of my apartment in Chur. From the very beginning, she professionally prepared and accompanied the sales process. She organized professional photos, new floor plans, a 360° tour, and drone footage. Additionally, she captured all important details regarding the renovation and conducted the viewings personally on-site. I particularly appreciated her commitment during the notarization. On the day of the notarization, her network, a quick response, and competent communication were necessary. As a result, I was able to retain my mortgage and transfer it advantageously to the new property. Regarding real estate matters, I now know that I can reach out to her at any time and I highly recommend her.

Claudia Mamone is an outstanding personality who has consistently conveyed positive experiences in her collaboration with us. Her support was not only professional but also characterized by a deep understanding of the human aspects. With a lot of passion and humanity, she guided us through every step of the process. Her high level of commitment and sense of responsibility is palpable in every interaction, making our collaboration an extremely pleasant experience. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to present our property discreetly. In a time when sensitivity and discretion are of utmost importance. Compared to our previous agent, who did not provide us with the same attention and dedication, Claudia Mamone has accompanied us with her excellent, committed, and empathetic support from start to finish. She always made us feel like we were in the best hands. Claudia Mamone is not just an agent but a partner who is fully dedicated to her clients' interests. Her reliability and competence are unparalleled. We could not wish for better support and wholeheartedly recommend Claudia Mamone from Casaprima Immobilien AG. Her warmth and expertise make her an exceptional agent who definitely stands out in her field. Thank you very much for everything!

Ouassim Rami is a real estate expert who places the customer at the center of a sale, whether through his immediate availability, which goes far beyond office hours and working days. For Ouassim, the brokerage business is definitely more than a job in an industry; it is clearly his passion. His working method is exceptionally efficient and goal-oriented. It only took a few days from the signing of the contract to the photo/drone shots and the preparation of the sales documents. This pronounced commitment was not only noticed by me but must also have been perceived by the buyer. Ouassim Rami is reliable, professionally competent, and handles demanding tasks extremely professionally. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Ouassim for the sale of a property.

Christian Schweizer has been advising me for many years and has sold an apartment for me twice. I have had very good experiences. Mr. Schweizer is very pleasant, addressed my wishes, and efficiently found a suitable buyer with care and humanity. All contacts related to the sale with the bank and authorities were handled by him. I received professional advice for my own financial matters. I would reach out to him again at any time. Highly recommended.
