Real Estate Agents in Köniz

Cédric Bovey accompanied us in a very professional manner for the sale of our apartment, a sale that was not simple given the particularities of the property. We highly recommend his services.

I had the pleasure of working recently with Mr. Davide Preite for the sale of my apartment and I can only recommend him as he is an exceptional person you can truly count on. Mr. Davide Preite is attentive, gives very good advice, is very serious in his work, inspires trust, and has a lot of skill and experience. I thank him infinitely for his kindness and professionalism.

From the buyer’s perspective, we felt well guided throughout the process. Mr. Morel communicated clearly, was professional at every stage, and helped make the transaction smooth and straightforward. We appreciated the balanced and supportive way he handled the process.

Very attentive, receptive, and responsive. Easy and pleasant to contact, makes himself available to his clients and seeks solutions to any problems that may arise. Very good follow-up on files. Speed in creating a file and putting a property up for sale. Thanks to his work, and that of his assistants, our property was sold quickly. I can only recommend this family real estate agency and Mr. Grognard in particular.

With great gratitude, I am writing to thank you for your outstanding performance in selling my property.
