We commissioned Mr. Agush Dina from Grundgut AG in Wohlen with the sale of our single-family home. From the first contact to the sale and the handover of the keys, everything went perfectly. There was never anything to complain about. Agush Dina completely convinced us with his company Grundgut AG. We are extremely satisfied with his service and can highly recommend him. We sincerely thank Agush Dina for the very competent and pleasant collaboration and wish him continued success.

Mr. Grünig from FREITAG IMMO has accompanied us for about 1.8 years in renting out our property in Büsingen. His flexibility and personal commitment were particularly positive. We also appreciated the straightforward communication, his good availability, and his solution-oriented approach. He not only took care of the pure mediation but also reliably accompanied us throughout the entire process – all the way to contract drafting and apartment handovers. I would particularly highlight that he stays engaged even in difficult situations and seeks a solution for all parties involved. Thank you very much for the pleasant and professional collaboration – clear recommendation.

I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along. I would particularly like to highlight how Thomas Becker and the team work: always fair, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on a win-win for all parties. This is definitely not a given in the real estate sector! I will be very happy to work with Thomas Becker and the GCT team again on future projects.
