Preparation Ms. Greber created a sales documentation with a comprehensive description and meaningful photos. Additionally, she brought the over 50-year-old plans (partially incomplete) into current form and posted the complete package online. Comment: The documentation was absolutely perfect and very pleasant. Execution Ms. Greber organized viewings with potential buyers without our presence. We were always informed in a timely manner about their progress. Comment: With absolute professionalism, Ms. Greber conducted the viewings with the very different potential buyers. We, on our part, were glad that by staying away during the viewings, we could avoid the emotional stress. Completion and Sale Ms. Greber organized the contractual part with the law firm, the purchasing party, and us as sellers until the purchase was completed.
