Il mio percorso nel settore immobiliare inizia cinque anni fa e mi ha portato a conoscerlo da diverse prospettive: dalla gestione amministrativa alla locazione, fino alla compravendita. Un’esperienza completata dalla formazione in Commercializzazione immobiliare presso la SVIT School, che mi ha permesso di sviluppare una visione completa del mercato. Al centro del mio lavoro ci sono sempre le persone. Dietro ogni immobile ci sono esigenze, aspettative e progetti che meritano di essere ascoltati e compresi. Empatia, curiosità e voglia di imparare mi accompagnano ogni giorno. Mi piace approfondire, fare domande e costruire rapporti basati su fiducia, trasparenza e rispetto reciproco. Per me lavorare nell’immobiliare non significa solo vendere una proprietà, ma accompagnare le persone in una scelta importante, con attenzione, competenza e sensibilità. _______________________________________________ Meine Laufbahn in der Immobilienbranche begann vor fünf Jahren und hat mir ermöglicht, die Branche aus verschiedenen Perspektiven kennenzulernen: von der Immobilienverwaltung über die Vermietung bis hin zum Kauf und Verkauf von Immobilien. Ergänzt wird diese Erfahrung durch meine Weiterbildung in Immobilienvermarktung an der SVIT School, dank der ich ein umfassendes Verständnis des Immobilienmarktes entwickeln konnte. Im Mittelpunkt meiner Arbeit stehen immer die Menschen. Hinter jeder Immobilie stehen individuelle Bedürfnisse, Erwartungen und Lebenspläne, die es verdienen, gehört und verstanden zu werden. Empathie, Neugier und die Freude am Lernen begleiten mich jeden Tag. Ich schätze es, mich mit Themen vertieft auseinanderzusetzen, Fragen zu stellen und Beziehungen aufzubauen, die auf Vertrauen, Transparenz und gegenseitigem Respekt basieren. Für mich bedeutet die Arbeit in der Immobilienbranche weit mehr als nur den Verkauf einer Immobilie. Es geht darum, Menschen bei einer wichtigen Entscheidung mit Aufmerksamkeit, Fachkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen zu begleiten. ____________________________________________ My journey in the real estate industry began five years ago and has allowed me to experience the sector from different perspectives: from property administration and rentals to buying and selling real estate. This experience has been complemented by my training in Real Estate Marketing at SVIT School, which has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the property market. People are always at the heart of my work. Behind every property are individual needs, expectations and plans for the future that deserve to be heard and understood. Empathy, curiosity and a desire to keep learning guide me every day. I enjoy exploring topics in depth, asking questions and building relationships based on trust, transparency and mutual respect. For me, working in real estate means much more than simply selling a property. It is about guiding people through an important decision with care, expertise and understanding. _____________________________________________ Mon parcours dans le secteur immobilier a commencé il y a cinq ans et m'a permis de découvrir ce domaine sous différentes perspectives : de la gestion administrative à la location, jusqu'à l'achat et la vente de biens immobiliers. Cette expérience a été complétée par une formation en commercialisation immobilière auprès de la SVIT School, qui m'a permis de développer une vision globale du marché immobilier. L'humain est toujours au cœur de mon travail. Derrière chaque bien immobilier se trouvent des besoins, des attentes et des projets de vie qui méritent d'être écoutés et compris. L'empathie, la curiosité et l'envie d'apprendre m'accompagnent au quotidien. J'aime approfondir mes connaissances, poser des questions et construire des relations fondées sur la confiance, la transparence et le respect mutuel. Pour moi, travailler dans l'immobilier ne signifie pas simplement vendre un bien, mais accompagner les personnes dans une décision importante avec attention, compétence et sensibilité.
